Generator's Agent. Subject to the terms of the Registration Agreement, the Supplier shall not be responsible for any of the costs or fees of the Generator's Agent in respect of the Generator's Agent's role under this Agreement or the Agency Agreement.
Generator's Agent. The Generator hereby directs the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees to comply with such direction, to provide Metering Data and payment in accordance with clauses 9 and 10 to the Generator's Agent. This direction shall be irrevocable, save in the event of the termination of the Agency Agreement or the Registration Agreement.
