Germplasm. In the course of performing duties pursuant to this Agreement, Executive shall only use Germplasm provided by the Company, and Executive agrees that any such Germplasm provided by the Company remains the sole property of the Company and that such Germplasm shall not be removed from Company premises without the prior written consent of the Company.
