Gifts, Grants and Contributions. The Board may, from time to time, accept gifts, grants or contributions from governmental and private sources, whether in cash or in kind, which will further the purposes of the Collaborative. Revenues and expenses from grants and contracts are included in the budget presented to the Board for approval, i.e., contract with the Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide therapeutic services for adults. The Treasurer shall certify and transmit the budget and the tuition rates, membership assessment and fees-for-service for the upcoming fiscal year to each Member District not later than June 30 of the preceding fiscal year.
