Givex Policy. Givex will maintain and enforce a written information security policy and a network security policy for employees, subcontractors, agents, and suppliers that meets the standards set out in this policy. Upon request by Xxxxxxxx, Givex will provide Merchant with information on violations of Givex’s information security policy and network security policy, even if it does not constitute a Security Incident.
