Giving Notice of Disciplinary Action. Notice of shop floor and other discipline (except under the Attendance and Tardiness Control Program), must be issued within five (5) working days of the event for which discipline is to be imposed or, if later, within five (5) working days of the Company learning of the event. Notice for the Attendance Control Program must be issued within seven (7) working days. Extensions to this timing may be mutually agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

  • Notice of Disciplinary Action The Employer shall advise an Employee in writing of any disciplinary action taken including, but not limited to warning, reprimand, suspension, discharge or termination and the reasons in full for such action. The Employer shall also promptly provide the Union with a copy of each such disciplinary notice.
