CONTROL PROGRAM. Contractor shall develop and maintain a quality control program to ensure Services are performed in accordance with the specifications and standards required by this Contract and Purchase Order. Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective Services. The Quality Program and procedures shall be reviewed and approved by Purchaser before Contractor commences work. The quality control program shall include a description of specific monitoring techniques for all Services included in the work schedule. The Quality Program must include an inspection plan covering all required Services; frequency of inspections and the position of the employee(s) who will perform the inspection; the method of identifying deficiencies in the quality of Services; a plan to periodically conduct audits of all Contractor's employees to maintain quality standards; and a plan to ensure sufficient backup employees and continuity of service. Backup employees must be adequately trained to ensure the standards of Contract performance required at Purchaser’s location(s) are achieved. The quality control program and all changes are subject to review and approval by Purchaser. Contractor shall provide Purchaser with no less than five (5) days written notice prior to implementing any changes to the quality control program.

Contractor shall maintain a record of all inspections conducted and the corrective actions taken. The format of the report may be subject to approval of the Purchaser. 5.6.3. Contractor shall prepare a weekly operation and inspection report (O&I Report) of the work that was performed and inspected the previous week and work that is planned for the next week. The O&I Report must, at a minimum, include the areas where detail cleaning was performed and problems encountered. The O&I Report shall be immediately available to the Purchaser upon written request. 5.6.4. The Quality Program and all changes thereto shall be subject to review and approval by the Purchaser. Contractor shall provide the Purchaser or Designee with no less than five (5) days' written notice prior to implementing any changes to the Quality Control Program. 5.6.5. Purchaser or Designee may conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly random inspections of service areas to review Contractor’s compliance with performance standards established in the contract and provide performance evaluations to the Contractor noting any deficiencies. CONTROL PROGRAM. The Consultant shall establish and follow a quality control program throughout duration of the Contract. The Quality Control Program will identify review personnel and describe the procedures to be used to verify, to independently check, and to review all Deliverables prepared, as well as any function, activity, or task as part of this Contract. The Quality Control Program will specify the manner for documenting the check and review processes, recording required procedures, and verification of work activities. It will provide for internal reviews and will detail the frequency and types of reviews to be conducted for the specific job to ensure compliance with quality standards. The City Project Manager, at his/her sole discretion, may request a copy of the Quality Control Program from the Consultant. Throughout the Contract duration, the Consultant will maintain quality control procedures as covered in the approved Quality Control Program and documentation of the Consultant’s internal reviews for inspection by the City Project Manager. The City Project Manager will have the option to review proposed Deliverables in the Consultant’s office periodically to verify that proper quality control procedures are employed in the development process.
CONTROL PROGRAM. 2.21.1 Contractor shall implement a process for identifying trends in the schedule and costs associated with the Work, in accordance with Exhibit L and Section 2.21.2 (“Contractor Trend Program”). The Contractor Trend Program shall interface with the Owners’ overall change control program for the construction of the Facility as described below. All trends identified by the Contractor Trend Program shall be jointly reviewed by the Parties on a weekly basis, and presented to the Owners’ change control board for the Facility on a monthly basis. 2.21.2 The Contractor Trend Program shall be implemented to incorporate the following: (i) Each Monthly Status Report submitted by Contractor shall include: (a) the amount of Contingency that has been used in the performance of the Work and for each trend resolved in accordance with Contractor’s Trend Program, both on a cumulative basis and for the previous month; and (b) a forecast of the amount of Contingency needed through Final Completion. (ii) Upon the expenditure of twenty five percent (25%), fifty percent (50%), seventy five percent (75%), and one hundred percent (100%) of Contingency, Contractor shall notify Owners, and within five (5) Business Days after such notice is provided, the Parties shall attend a meeting for the specific purpose of: (a) reviewing the details of the cumulative expenditure of Contingency; and (b) reviewing the current forecast of Contingency needed through Final Completion. (iii) Resource curves for labor headcount of Contractor and Richmond Personnel (which curves for field non-manual personnel are set forth in Exhibit M-1, and which curves for craft and indirect craft will be developed during the Baseline Schedule process set forth in Article 9) (which resource curves may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties based on the results of the Subcontract Scope Alignment Process). In the event that the performance of the Work will result in a deviation from any of such resource curves by more than five percent (5%), Contractor shall notify Owners of such deviation. Furthermore, if such deviation will require use of Contingency funds, the deviation will not be permitted without Owners’ prior approval. In the event that Contractor proceeds with implementation of the deviation without Owners’ prior approval where required, the associated costs of the additional resources related to implementation of the deviation shall be Non-Reimbursable Costs. CONTROL PROGRAM. The Contractor shall establish a complete quality control program to assure the requirements of the awarded contract are provided as specified. Within five (5) working days prior to the starting date of the contract, the Contractor shall submit a copy of their program to the CGA. The program shall include, but not be limited to the following: a. An inspection system covering all the services stated in the awarded contract. A checklist used in inspecting contract performance during regularly scheduled or unscheduled inspections and the names of the individuals who will perform the inspections; b. The checklist shall include every area of the operation serviced by the Contractor as well as every task required to be performed; c. A system for identifying and correcting deficiencies in the quality of services before the level of performance becomes unacceptable; and d. A file of all inspections conducted by the Contractor and the corrective actions taken. This documentation shall be maintained locally and made available upon request.
CONTROL PROGRAM. To integrate the PATH modules, a PATH Control Program is developed. The control program is designed to run PATH software with minimum required argument and configuration. The main functions of PATH control include: It is invoked either automatically by Linux system ‘cron’ process or manually by PATH operator. Allocate shared data space for storing outputs of each module. 1 CONCEPT is a standalone module installed in a separated machine and not in the PATH integrated system. Start up meteorological module, MM5 or WRF, in forecast mode or project mode. Run MCIP or Met2CAMx to convert meteorological data to the format ready to be used by SMOKE, CMAQ, or CAMx. If in project mode, start up emission model SMOKE to generate gridded emission data. Start up CMAQ or CAMx model software. If it is in forecast mode, CMAQ/CAMx uses pre- generated gridded emission data. If project mode, CMAQ/CAMx uses gridded emission data generated by SMOKE in step e). Keep track of status of each module in software system log. If any module is failed due to unrecoverable error, it stops the rest of PATH software modules, and exits with error status. Report the software run status to the PATH operator by email if it is configured.

  • Program 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end, and further to Section 5.08 of the General Conditions: (a) the Borrower and the Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the Borrower’s macroeconomic policy framework and the progress achieved in carrying out the Program; (b) prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (c) without limitation upon the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section, the Borrower shall promptly inform the Bank of any situation that would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program or any action taken under the Program including any action specified in Section I of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • Change Control Procedure 34.1 In the event that either Party desires any change the terms of this Agreement or any Contract which may materially impact on the timings, scope, Specification or Charges of the Goods or Services, or the scope of either parties’ obligations under this Agreement or the relevant Contract, or which the relevant Party otherwise reasonably determines warrants the use of this change control procedure, the following procedures will apply: (a) the Party requesting the change will deliver a “Change Request” (in the form (or substantially in the same form) contained in Schedule 5 to this Agreement) which describes: (i) the nature of the change; (ii) the reason for the change; (iii) the effect that the requested change will have on the scope or Specification for the Goods or Services; and (iv) any change to the Charges and the Term. (b) Upon receipt of a Change Request, the receiving Party’s authorised representative will contact his/ her counterpart within 5 working days to discuss and agree the Change Request. The parties will negotiate the proposed changes to the Agreement and/or affected Contract in good faith and agree a timeline in which to finalise the Change Notice. (c) Neither party is obliged to agree to a Change Request, but if the parties do agree to implement such a Change Request, the appropriate authorised representatives of both parties will sign the Change Request which will be effective from the date set out in the Change Request. (d) If there is any conflict between the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement or any Contract and the Change Request, then the terms and conditions set out in the most recent fully executed Change Request will apply. (e) The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations to supply the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any Contract, nor be entitled to an increase in the Charges as the result of: (i) a General Change in Law; or (ii) a Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Goods and/or Services is reasonably foreseeable at the Commencement Date of this Agreement, or, where the Change Request relates to a Contract, the applicable Contract Commencement Date. 34.2 The Parties agree that any variations to the Agreement or any Contract to reflect non- material changes (including for example a change to the name/contact details of a Party’s representative) may be agreed in writing and shall not be required to be made in accordance with the procedure in this clause 34, provided always that UKRI shall, in their absolute discretion, decide whether a proposed change is non-material for these purposes.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.
