GLO LOCAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM PROJECT DELIVERY FEE CAP. Total project delivery fees paid under this Contract, including any subcontracts, shall not exceed the GLO's cap of maximum rates based on the fixed rate pricing that is dependent upon the CDBG-DR Supplemental final award amount at contract closeout.
