Common use of GMP Submittal Process Clause in Contracts

GMP Submittal Process. At the stage of the pre-construction phase services as determined by the City, the Construction Manager shall, if requested by the City, submit a GMP Proposal, which shall be the sum of the estimated Cost of the Work relating to completion of the Scope for the Project and the Construction Fee relating to the Project based upon the most- current version of the Cost Model. Each GMP Proposal shall include, in the Cost of the Work, those taxes that are applicable at the time the GMP is established. Each GMP is the total cost of the applicable portion of the Project including the cost of labor, equipment, supplies, materials, services and allowances to complete the applicable portion of the Project. The cost data is directly correlated to the specific Construction Documents in existence at the time each GMP Proposal is prepared. The assumptions used in the preparation of the GMP Proposal shall be identified by the Construction Manager as part of the GMP Proposal. In submitting this proposal, Construction Manager represents that:
