Supplies 1. Supplies are defined as consumable items necessary to carry out the services under this Contract including medical supplies, drugs, janitorial supplies, office supplies, patient educational supplies, software, and any items of tangible personal property other than those defined as equipment above. 2. Tangible personal property includes controlled assets, including firearms, regardless of the acquisition cost, and the following assets with an acquisition cost of $500 or more, but less than $5,000, which includes desktop and laptop computers (including notebooks, tablets and similar devices), non-portable printers and copiers, emergency management equipment, communication devices and systems, medical and laboratory equipment, and media equipment are also considered Supplies. 3. Prior approval by the System Agency of the purchase of Controlled Assets is not required, but such purchases must be reported on the Grantees Property Inventory Form.
Repair Concessionaire shall, prior to the commencement of the Concession Operation under this Agreement, provide to Department a type-written concession equipment maintenance plan for the State-owned equipment located on the Concession Premises, together with a schedule for preventative maintenance and a report on maintenance completion and equipment condition. Failure to comply with this preventative maintenance schedule shall result in Concessionaire being responsible for all repairs and/or replacement of equipment. The review and Department inspection of the Concession Premises and its equipment will be conducted during routine inspection of the Concession Premises and as a part of the Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings.
Plant and Equipment The plants, structures and equipment of the Company are structurally sound with no known defects and are in good operating condition and repair and are adequate for the uses to which they are being put; and none of such plants, structures or equipment are in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs which are not material in nature or cost. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.16, the Company has not received notification that it is in violation of any applicable building, zoning, anti-pollution, health or other law, ordinance or regulation in respect of its plants or structures or their operations and no such violation exists.
Sellers’ Costs and Expenses Except as may otherwise be provided in this Agreement, including Section 8.1, or in the Purchase Agreement, all expenses and costs incurred by the Sellers in connection with the performance of their obligations hereunder shall be the responsibility of, paid by and for the account of the Sellers.
Utilities The Landlord shall provide the following utilities and services to the Tenant: _
Expenses and Personnel The Advisor agrees, at its own expense or at the expense of one or more of its affiliates, to render its services and to provide the office space, furnishings, equipment, and personnel as may be reasonably required in the judgment of the trustees and officers of the Trust to perform the services on the terms and for the compensation provided herein. The Advisor shall authorize and permit any of its officers, directors, and employees, who may be elected as trustees or officers of the Trust, to serve in the capacities in which they are elected. Except to the extent expressly assumed by the Advisor herein and except to the extent required by law to be paid by the Advisor, the Trust shall pay all costs and expenses in connection with its operation.
Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.
Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.
Travelling Expenses Without limiting the generality of the clause, travelling expenses shall be:
Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.
