Final Certificate of Occupancy definition

Final Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate of occupancy which grants the right to occupy a space without any conditions.
Final Certificate of Occupancy means the permit or other documentation issued by the City Building Division following its final inspection of the applicable Building or structure.
