Good Faith Efforts to Achieve Participation Goals. The Subrecipient will, and will cause its contractors and subcontractors to take the following good faith actions to achieve the participation goals: (A) Actively and affirmatively solicit bids for contracts and subcontracts from qualified MBEs or WBEs, including circulation of solicitations to minority and women contractor associations. (B) Obtain a copy of the Directory of Certified Minority and Women- owned Businesses and solicit bids from MBEs and WBEs in the Directory.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit G), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).
