Governing Board Approval Required. The School’s governing board shall adopt and maintain an annual balanced budget. b) Submission Date The School shall annually transmit to the Sponsor a copy of the School’s adopted budget on or before September 1. 2) Amended Budget The School shall provide a copy of the amended budget to the Sponsor within ten (10) days of its approval by the School’s governing board.
