Governing Legal Requirement. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The Parties hereto irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta to resolve any dispute pursuant to this Agreement.
