GOVERNMENT FURNISHED ITEMS AND SERVICES. 3.1. Government Furnished Resources. All GFP shall be provided in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, and FAR 52.245-9, and may include: office/work space, office supplies, telephone service, computer access, and storage space. Government property shall be used ONLY in performance of this contract and its TOs. The Contractor is accountable for all property provided by the Government, and shall be responsible for the security and safe condition of said property. Serialized items shall be annotated at the time of issue, with a signature of acknowledgement by the individual Contractor(s). All GFP is the property of the U.S. Government and shall not be transferred to any individual, or agency, public or private without the express written approval of the TO KO.
