Common use of Governmental Appointments Clause in Contracts

Governmental Appointments. An employee shall be granted full duty status whenever he/she is appointed to a position by the Sheriff, Washington County Commissioners, the Governor of the State of Oregon, or the President of the United States. The appointment must be related to his/her official duties as an employee of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, as determined by the Sheriff.
