Common use of Graduates Clause in Contracts

Graduates. 25.1 IBA may engage an employee as a graduate where the employee has successfully completed a relevant tertiary qualification at degree level. 25.2 On commencement graduates will be paid at the bottom pay point on the IBA 2 scale, unless the CEO approves payment of a higher salary having regard to the employee’s experience, qualifications, skills and pre- engagement salary. 25.3 On successful completion of the graduate program, graduates will be paid at the IBA Level 3 rate, unless the CEO determines otherwise.
