GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Medway, Massachusetts, as the ISSUING AUTHORITY of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license to the LICENSEE, authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of Medway. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Medway. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public Ways. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public Ways.

In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, includingas amended; the Cable Act, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and federal Federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways the Streets, lanes, avenue, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Concord within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayConcord. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's ’s own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful Town by-laws.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-by- laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1amended; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways the Xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Bedford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayBedford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works ("DPW") and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-laws enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166 A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 as amended, the Issuing Authority hereby grants a non-exclusive Renewal License to the Licensee, a Delaware Corporation, authorizing and permitting said Licensee to construct, operate, and maintain a cable television system within the municipal limits of the City of Holyoke. This Renewal License is granted under, subject to, and in compliance with the Federal Cable Act and Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms in compliance with all rules and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen regulation of the Town of Medway, Massachusetts, as FCC and the ISSUING AUTHORITY of Commission and all other applicable rules and regulations in force and effect during the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license to the LICENSEE, authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of Medway. This period for which this Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licensegranted. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System System, including such lines, cables, fiber optics, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, pedestals, attachments and other property and equipment as are necessary and appropriate to the operation of the Cable Television System, in, under, over, along, across or and upon Public Ways xxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway City within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over which the City has a sufficient easement or right -of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or or redistribution of Signals video, audio, text, data and other impulses in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Massachusetts, and the Town of Medway. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations bylaws/ordinances of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysCity of Holyoke. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own City’s use of Public WaysStreets or Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Streets or Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Holyoke Department of Public Works or any other special bylaws, ordinances, or regulations enacted hereafter or other arrangements made pursuant to this Renewal License.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT 2.1---GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of MedwayMiddleton, Massachusetts, as the ISSUING AUTHORITY of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the LICENSEE, LICENSEE authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of MedwayMiddleton. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a the Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Public Ways and Streets, lanes, avenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Middleton within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Cable Services and Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayMiddleton. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works and any special laws or Town by-laws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1amended; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways the streets, lanes, avenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Westford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under, or on which the Town has an easement or right- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayWestford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's ’s own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Planning Board and any special laws or Town by-laws enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays and places. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, lawfully construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways the Xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Mansfield within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayMansfield. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant Xxxxx of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays or Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with any generally applicable regulations of the Town and any lawful special laws or Town by-laws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen Mayor of the Town City of MedwaySomerville, Massachusetts, as the ISSUING AUTHORITY Issuing Authority of the TownCity, hereby grants a non-exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license Cable Television Renewal License to the LICENSEE, Licensee authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town City of MedwaySomerville. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1amended; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Townlawful City, State and federal Federal statutes and by-laws ordinances of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways xxxx xxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town City of Medway Somerville within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the City has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town City of MedwaySomerville. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the TownCity, any public utility serving the Town City or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the TownCity's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works ("DPW") and any special laws or City ordinances enacted hereafter, as attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT 2.1---GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of MedwayNatick, Massachusetts, as the ISSUING AUTHORITY Issuing Authority of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive, revocable exclusive cable television renewal license to the LICENSEE, Licensee authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, lawfully construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of MedwayNatick. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1amended; the regulations of the FCC; the 1984 Cable Act; the 1992 Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works ("DPW") and any special laws or Town by-laws enacted hereafter.

This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1amended; the regulations of the FCC; the 1984 Cable Act; the 1992 Cable Act; and all TownCity, State and federal statutes and by-laws ordinances of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways xxxx xxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town City of Medway Malden within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the City has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town City of MedwayMalden. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the TownCity, any public utility serving the Town City or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the TownCity's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works ("DPW") and any special laws or City ordinances enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1amended; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways the Xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Bedford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayBedford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works ("DPW") and any special laws or Town by-laws enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a the Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Public Ways and Streets, lanes, avenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Chatham within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Cable Services and Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayChatham. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works and any special laws or Town by-laws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works and with all applicable State and local laws, regulations and by-laws.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, lawfully operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways the Xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Needham within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayNeedham. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays or Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Town and any special laws or Town by-laws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including, to as amended; the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1Cable Act; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee Licensee, the right to construct, upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways xxxx xxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Rockland within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over which the Town has an easement or right-of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayRockland. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWay and places. Any references herein to "Public Way" or "Street" shall not be construed to be a representation or guarantee by the Town that its property rights are sufficient to permit its use for any purpose, or that the Licensee shall gain or be permitted to exercise any rights to use property in the Town greater than those already possessed by the Town.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of MedwayHOPEDALE, MassachusettsMassachusetts , as the ISSUING AUTHORITY of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license to the LICENSEE, authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of MedwayHOPEDALE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway HOPEDALE within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayHOPEDALE. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public Ways. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public Ways.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall as all may be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal Licenseamended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, lawfully operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Ways the Xxxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Medway Canton within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of MedwayCanton. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's own use of Public WaysWays or Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Town and any lawful special laws or Town by-laws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of MedwayWestford, Massachusetts, as the ISSUING AUTHORITY of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the LICENSEE, authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of MedwayWestford. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1amended; the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all Town, State and federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public WaysWays and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town's Town‟s own use of Public WaysWays and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with any applicable regulations of the Planning Board and any special laws or Town by-laws enacted hereafter.
