GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. (a) Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 as amended, the Issuing Authority hereby grants a non-exclusive Renewal License to MediaOne of Pioneer Valley, Inc., a Massachusetts Corporation, authorizing and permitting said Licensee to construct, operate and maintain a Cable Communications System within the municipal limits of the Town of Erving.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. (a) Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 as amended, the Issuing Authority hereby grants a non-exclusive Renewal License to MediaOne of Pioneer ValleyMassachusetts, Inc., a Massachusetts Corporation, authorizing and permitting said Licensee to construct, operate and maintain a Cable Communications System within the municipal limits of the Town of ErvingSterling.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE.
