Grant of Sponsorship Rights. (a) On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Contract, TTL grants to the Sponsor the Sponsorship Rights as from the dates specified in Schedule 1 or, if no such date is specified, as from the Launch Date for the term of this Contract, subject to any restrictions or conditions set out in this Contract. (b) For the avoidance of doubt, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that TTL may activate the Sponsorship Rights prior to the Launch Date (as part of the preparation for the Launch Date). (c) In the event that the Sponsor Brand is renewed or refreshed, the Sponsor shall be entitled to propose changes to the Sponsor Logo. TTL shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to such changes so long as such changes are at no cost to TTL or any member of the TfL Group and have no material impact on the operation of the Oyster Card Readers.
