Sponsorship Fees definition

Sponsorship Fees means the fees detailed in Item 3 of the Agreement Details for the Sponsorship the Sponsor has selected. Term means the period of time between the Commencement Date and Completion Date.
Sponsorship Fees means the fees corresponding to the Sponsorship package and any additional services requested by Sponsor on the Application form.
Sponsorship Fees is defined in the Naming Rights Agreement.

  • In case of any violation of this clause 12 by the Sponsor, FTTH reserves the right to impose an appropriate sanction, including but not limited to the suspension of its participation to the Conference, or the removal from the Conference without reimbursement of any Sponsorship Fees or other expenses or claimed damages.
