Card Readers. The Hotel Developer shall work with the City in good faith in connection with the establishment by Hotel Developer of a compatible card reader system or similar access and use system to permit controlled and monitored access to the Hotel Deck by monthly parkers.

Card Readers. Without limitation of the foregoing terms of this Article 25, Landlord agrees to install, at Landlord’s expense, a card reader in each of two elevator cabs serving the Demised Premises, and Tenant shall the right to integrate its security system at the Demised Premises in a manner so as to utilize such card reader facilities. The foregoing card reader installation work shall be performed by Landlord on or before January 1, 2007. Any such security system and card reader integration work performed by Tenant shall be performed in accordance with the terms of this Article 25 (if included as part of the Tenant’s Work) and Article 8 above.
Card Readers. Provide power distribution design for card readers. This will include power from the power panel. This scope includes up to 6 card readers interconnected with gate arms and up to 2 card readers for door access to/in the guard house.
Card Readers. Provide security wiring diagrams, xxxx of materials, and installation details for general access control and TWIC card readers. This will include the design of localized access control panels to support the local power and telecommunications requirements of card readers. This will also include the design and specification of vendor prefabricated pedestals for vehicle card readers within the bypass lanes and TWIC card readers within the truck lanes. Specialized pedestal design and concrete foundations are not in the Engineer’s scope. Provide network design for card readers. This will include communications connections from the card readers to the guard house and security access to specific rooms within the guard house.
Card Readers. Landlord shall install and/or relocate, as Landlord deems necessary pursuant to sound real estate management principals, card readers in the stairway entrances to the Premises so as to control access to the Premises.
Card Readers. Card Readers are provided to the Xxxxxx for Xxxxxx’x use under license fees and/or other fees provided in the Xxxxxx Order Form. Invoice Cloud provides to Xxxxxx all Card Readers and products related thereto on a license basis. Xxxxxx will be fully responsible for all Card Readers and products related thereto including without limitation all risk of loss and damage to products while in its possession or control, save normal wear and tear. Where Invoice Cloud provides Card Readers, the following additional terms apply (with “products” or “devices” in this Section 4 referring to the Card Readers): a. Invoice Cloud and the manufacturer warrants that the Card Readers provided pursuant to the Master Agreement will perform in accordance with the manufacturer’s published specifications. Should a Card Reader fail to conform to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications, repair parts and replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be either reconditioned or new as specified below. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage to the Card Reader resulting from accident, disaster, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, Customer’s, reseller’s, or any other third party’s negligence, or non-manufacturer modification of the Card Reader. Invoice Cloud reserves the right to examine the alleged defective Card Reader to determine whether the warranty is applicable. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Invoice Cloud and the Card Reader manufacturer specifically disclaim any liability or warranty for any Card Reader resold in other than manufacturer’s original packages, and for Card Readers modified, altered, repaired, maintained, or treated by Xxxxxx, its Customers, and/or any third party. Service on a defective Card Reader may be obtained by delivering the Card Reader during the warranty period as instructed by Invoice Cloud. b. The following is the repair and replacement policy for a defective Card Reader: Replacement Requests – Xxxxxx shall promptly notify Invoice Cloud that the Card Reader is not working, via email, phone call or help desk ticket. Invoice Cloud will update and/or open a new help desk ticket for the Card Reader swap replacement request. Xxxxxx must provide the serial number of the Card Reader that is not working. A replacement Card Reader will be shipped to the Xxxxxx as noted on the help desk ticket issued by Invoice Cloud.

  • Credit Card Agreements Each Borrower and Guarantor shall (a) observe and perform all material terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Credit Card Agreements to be observed and performed by it at the times set forth therein; (b) not do, permit, suffer or refrain from doing anything, as a result of which there could be a default under or breach of any of the terms of any of the Credit Card Agreements and at all times maintain in full force and effect the Credit Card Agreements and not terminate, cancel, surrender, modify, amend, waive or release any of the Credit Card Agreements, or consent to or permit to occur any of the foregoing; except, that, any Borrower or Guarantor may terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements in the ordinary course of the business of such Borrower or Guarantor; provided, that, such Borrower or Guarantor shall give Agent not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of its intention to so terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements; (c) not enter into any new Credit Card Agreements with any new Credit Card Issuer unless Agent shall have received not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of the intention of such Borrower or Guarantor to enter into such agreement (together with such other information with respect thereto as Agent may request) and such Borrower or Guarantor delivers, or causes to be delivered to Agent, a Credit Card Acknowledgment in favor of Agent; (d) give Agent immediate written notice of any Credit Card Agreement entered into by such Borrower or Guarantor after the date hereof, together with a true, correct and complete copy thereof and such other information with respect thereto as Agent may reasonably request; (e) furnish to Agent, promptly upon the request of Agent, such information and evidence as Agent may require from time to time concerning the observance, performance and compliance by such Borrower or Guarantor or the other party or parties thereto with the terms, covenants or provisions of the Credit Card Agreements; and (f) not modify any instructions given by Agent to any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor provided for in any Credit Card Acknowledgement or otherwise direct the remittance of payments under any Credit Card Agreement to any account other than the Blocked Account.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept prepaid Visa cards. The physical card may be used in shops and retail locations where the Cardholder is physically present or for online and other distance purchases. Your Card cannot be used to make cash withdrawals from ATMs and banks. Like any Card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – Cardholders should check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if unsure. The Cardholder will not be able to use the Card to make any purchases from some retailers; such retailers have been blocked by Our systems in order to prevent the potential use of cards for unauthorised or unlawful activity. 2.2 The Card is an electronic money (“e-money”) product, regulated by the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”), Gibraltar. It is a prepaid card not a credit card and is not linked to Your bank account. You must ensure that You have sufficient Available Funds in the Master Wallet for the Cardholder to pay for each purchase or payment using the Card. The Card is intended for use as a means of payment, and funds loaded onto the Card do not constitute a deposit. You will not earn interest on the balance of the Card. The Card will expire on the Expiry Date and will cease to work. Please check clause 8 of this Agreement for further information. 2.3 The electronic money associated with the Card is issued by IDTFS to You. 2.4 When the Cardholder receives the Card, it will be issued in an inactive state. The Cardholder will need to activate it by logging onto Our Website, in Your personal login area (“Online Account Centre”) and then following the login and activation request for the Card prior to use. The Card will normally be ready for use one hour after activation. If the Cardholder does not activate the Card, any transactions that the Cardholder attempts to carry out may be declined.

  • T4 Slips The Hospital will provide each employee with a T-4 supplementary slip showing the dues deducted in the previous year for income tax purposes where such information is available or becomes readily available through the Hospital's payroll system.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Cash Management Systems On or prior to the Closing Date, Borrowers will establish and will maintain until the Termination Date, the cash management systems described in Annex C (the “Cash Management Systems”).

  • Honoring Cards A. Without Discrimination. Merchant will accept without discrimination, all valid Cards as indicated by Merchant on the Merchant Application when properly presented by Cardholders for payment for goods or services within the Merchant’s Category (MCC) of acceptance. Merchant may not discriminate between payment Cards within a payment Card network on the basis of the Issuer that issued the presented payment Card.

  • Debit Card If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.
