Grant of Subscription. 2.1 Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work and subject to payment of the Subscription Fee, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Bynder will provide to Customer a subscription during the applicable Term to: (i) access and use the Product according to the number of Users specified in the Agreement; (ii) access and use the Product exclusively for the Customer’s internal business purposes; and
Grant of Subscription. Subject to Subscriber’s continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Passageways grants Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable license (without the right to sub-license) to access and use the OnSemble Platform solely for the benefit of Subscriber according to the Delivery Method specified in the Purchase Agreement, during the Subscription Term.
Grant of Subscription. SaaS. For SaaS, during the term Customer may access and use the SaaS and Reporting Services, with the access and volume limitations set forth on the applicable Addendum, subject to Customer’s compliance with the Use Restrictions and other limitations contained in this Agreement. Grant of Subscription. Subject to its compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Company hereby grants You during the Term, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable and a limited license to use the Subscription or License (as applicable) in the Territory for the Purpose, provided, You abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
