Grantor as Additional Insured. The Grantor, its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers are to be covered as insureds with the same coverage and limits available to the named insured regarding: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the Grantee; any products and completed operations of the Grantee, premises owned, occupied or used by the Grantee, or automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by the Grantee. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of the protection afforded to the Grantor, its officers, officials, employees, agents or volunteers. Any available insurance proceeds broader than or in excess of the specified minimum Insurance coverage requirements and/or limits shall be available to the Additional Insured. Any available insurance proceeds broader than or in excess of the specified minimum Insurance coverage requirements and/or limits shall be available to the Additional Insured; the additional insured coverage and limits shall be (1) the minimum coverage and limits specified in this Agreement; or (2) the broader coverage and maximum limits of coverage of any Insurance policy or proceeds available to the named Insured; whichever is greater. For any claims related to this project, Grantee’s insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects Grantor, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by Grantor, its officers, officials, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of Grantee’s insurance and shall not contribute with it. Coverage can be provided in the form of an endorsement to Grantor’s insurance (at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 38 04), or as a separate owner’s policy, or on Grantor’s own form. Additional insured coverage does not apply to errors and omissions insurance.

Grantor as Additional Insured. Grantee shall provide that the policy of insurance required above shall be primary and shall include Grantor as additional insured, with the provision in such insurance policy that any other insurance carried by Grantor shall be excess insurance only. Such policy shall also contain a provision to the effect that the addition of an additional insured shall not negate any right the additional insured would have had as a claimant under the policy if not so named.

  • Additional Insured City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds using the applicable ISO additional insured endorsement(s) or substitute forms providing equivalent coverage, in respects to damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law. Any failure by the Contractor to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect its obligations to the additional insureds.

  • Additional Insurance Provisions (A) The foregoing requirements as to the types and limits of insurance coverage to be maintained by Consultant, and any approval of said insurance by the City, is not intended to and shall not in any manner limit or qualify the liabilities and obligations otherwise assumed by the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to, the provisions concerning indemnification.
