Grants and Other Sources of Funding. The Project Participants shall cooperate with the Cooperative in seeking alternative sources of fundingfor the Project, including, but not limited to, grants.
Grants and Other Sources of Funding. The Cooperative may seek grants and utilize other funding sources to cover any costs that would otherwise have to be paid through the Water Charge. Any funds obtained by Cooperative from these other sources must be used to pay Project costs that would otherwise need to be paid by the Project Participants through the Water Charge.
