Common use of Graphics Clause in Contracts

Graphics. Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant’s cost, all letters or numerals at doors to the Leased Premises. All such letters and numerals shall be in the standard graphics for the Buildings, and no others shall be used or permitted on the Leased Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent. No signs, symbol or identifying xxxx shall be put upon the Buildings, or in the halls, elevators, staircases, entrances, parking areas or upon the doors or walls, without prior written consent of Landlord.
