Access Panels. Provide adequate metal access panels as required for servicing and testing of equipment and devices, and for access to all hidden shut-off valves. Coordinate all locations with the PLCB.

Access Panels. (A) where hard ceilings are used, provide access panels to allow for mechanical and electrical servicing in the ceiling; and
Access Panels. 7.2.10 Architect shall provide a preliminary color schedule of all materials and selections of textures, finishes, and other matters requiring an aesthetic decision at this phase of the Project for District’s review and approval.
Access Panels. Subcontractor is responsible for furnishing access panels as required for Subcontractor’s Work for installation by others. Access panels in architectural sheetrock areas, such as ceilings and soffits, must be of the highest quality, made to receive sheetrock as flush mounted and tapeable. Subcontractor shall locate and dimension all access panels on Subcontractor’s shop drawings including those required by the Contract Documents, applicable codes or for the reasonable operation and maintenance of the system/Project. Subcontractor shall coordinate access panel locations including field identification and verification with other trade subcontractors who must frame or block out their work to receive access panels (i.e. drywall, CMU, concrete formwork, etc.). Subcontractor shall identify the location of removable ceiling panels that will be used to access its Work by hanging a ribbon from the Work. The ceiling Subcontractor must provide and install color-coded dots in the tile or other prescribed method of identification at these locations.
Access Panels. Tenant is responsible for providing access panels throughout the Leased Premises. Tenant shall at minimum provide 24” x 24” flush mount access panels in the ceiling within the Leased Premises at dampers, HVAC equipment and elsewhere as required by Landlord or as required by code in order to provide access to the equipment.
Access Panels. Tenant will provide and install all necessary access doors in the ceiling. These access points will be used for operation verification and maintenance of the mechanical and electrical equipment located above the ceiling of the Premises.
Access Panels. The Tenant must provide access panels in wall, ceiling and floor construction as directed by the Project Manager and the Property Management Office to permit necessary access to equipment or services as per code or to access and to maintain base building equipment.
Access Panels. Theatrical, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) / Fire Protection (FP) Trade Contractors are to furnish all access panels for their own scope of work and coordinate layout amongst each related trade. Access panels shall not be laid out between changes of finishes i.e. tile to drywall, brick to metal panel, etc. Installation of TH/MEP/FP access panels will be provided by the BP 09 Metal Stud Framing/Drywall Trade Contractor. All architectural access panels are to be provided and installed by the BP 09 Metal Stud Framing/Drywall Trade Contractor, refer to specific trade bid packages. If these are not identified prior to the commencement of framing the supplier of access panels shall install or pay others to install the required access panels including all demolition and rework associated. Note: Provide access panels as required for future maintenance of own work whether shown in the contract documents or not, including stainless steel access panels in tile locations. Coordinate with associated framing trade contractor for all backing requirements. Final locations are subject to Architect’s acceptance.
