Common use of Graphics Clause in Contracts

Graphics. Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant’s cost, all letters or numerals on doors in the Premises; all such letters and numerals shall be in the standard graphics for the Building and no others shall be used or permitted on the Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent. Tenant shall have the right to designate one (1) name on the directory board in the lobby of the Building. Landlord shall have the option to maintain, in place of the directory board in the lobby of the Building, a computerized directory with display screen which has the capacity to accommodate Tenant’s name designation.
