Common use of Gratuity Plan Clause in Contracts

Gratuity Plan. (a) Effective 2017 June 22, Employees with gratuity credits may withdraw in whole or in part those credits after five (5) years of continuous service in cash or on approval of the Chief Constable, as additional vacation.
