GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION TIME LIMITS. 11.01 The term "working days" when used in this Agreement for grievance procedure shall exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays as defined herein and the Grievor’s vacation. Throughout all the steps of the grievance procedure, the time limits shall apply equally to the Union and the Company, but can be extended by mutual agreement in writing.
