Grievance File. the Human Resources Office shall maintain a separate and distinct file for grievances. Each grievance shall be kept in a separate folder, along with any other documents accumulated pursuant to the grievance. The grievance file shall not be available for inspection by anyone other than the grievant, the grievant’s representative or a member of the administration directly involved in the grievance procedure.
