Grievance File. All documents, communications, and records dealing with the processing of a formal Grievance or RoC shall be maintained in a separate Grievance file by District Human Resources and shall not be kept in the personnel file of any participant. Tracking and documenting all Grievances and RoCs will be the responsibility of District Human Resources.
