Grievance Form Requirements. Each grievance (Appendix C) and notice of arbitration (Appendix D) must be submitted in writing on the appropriate form and shall be signed by the grievant. Request for Step 2 Review shall be filed in writing by the grievant or the representative. If there is difficulty in meeting any time limit, the representative may sign such documents for the grievant; however, the grievant's signature shall be provided prior to the Step 2 meeting.
