Grievance - LEVEL THREE. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, or his/her designee, a third level grievance may be filed within five (5) working days with the Superintendent of Schools. The Superintendent, or his/her designee, and CCSEA will conduct a hearing within ten (10) working days of receipt of the grievance. An additional ten (10) working days may be granted with consent of both parties. A written decision will be rendered within ten (10) working days following the hearing.
