Common use of Grievance on Health and Safety Clause in Contracts

Grievance on Health and Safety. An Employee, or a group of Employees, who is requested to work under alleged unsafe or unhealthy conditions shall have the right to file a grievance in the third step of the grievance procedure for preferred handling.
