GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE Section A. It is mutually agreed that all grievances arising under and during the terms of this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the procedures herein provided. Every effort shall be made to adjust controversies and disagreements in an amicable manner between the employer and the Union.
