Grievance Process Level 3. (a) When an employee is not satisfied with an answer or settlement received from the Designated Representative at Level 2, the employee may resubmit the grievance directly to the Designated Representative at Level 3. (b) A submission at Level 3 must be made: (1) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the reply of the Designated Representative at Level 2, or (2) if the Designated Representative at Level 2 fails to submit a written reply within the time limit specified, within fourteen (14) days after the expiry of that date. (c) The Designated Representative at Level 3 shall submit a written reply to the employee and such other persons as the Deputy Head may determine within fourteen (14) days of the submission of the grievance at Level 3.
