Common use of Grievance Stage Clause in Contracts

Grievance Stage. If the complaint is not resolved under 22.08(a), the written grievance is to be submitted within twenty-five (25) days after the alleged grievance has arisen to the Vice-President (Research) who will direct the grievance to either Step One or Step Two as soon as possible and in no case later than five (5) days following receipt of the grievance. The Vice-President will inform the grievor and the Union as to the appropriate Employer's Representative at Step One and/or Step Two.

The Associate Vice-President will inform the grievor and the Union as to the appropriate Employer's Representative at Step One and/or and, or, Step Two.
