Grievance Step Two – Discipline/Discharge Dispute. a. An appeal of a discipline or discharge grievance to Step Two must be made in writing; signed by the grievant and his or her duly authorized union representative; and filed with the Company’s Step Two hearing officer and the Director of Labor Relations within ten (10) days of the date of issuance of the decision of the Step One hearing officer.
