Common use of Grievance Step Two Clause in Contracts

Grievance Step Two. Upon receiving a Step Two grievance, the Xxxxxxx or Associate Xxxxxxx shall hold a meeting with the Grievant and the AAUP-WSU’s representative (if the AAUP elects to be present) at a mutually agreeable time and location within ten (10) days after the Associate Xxxxxxx has received the grievance. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and attempt to resolve the grievance. The xxxxxxx who holds the meeting shall respond in writing to the Grievant and the AAUP-WSU no later than fifteen (15) days after the completion of the grievance meeting(s).
