Grievance Step Two. If the decision at Step One is not considered satisfactory to the or to the Union, an appeal in writing within ten calendar days may be filed with the General Manager, Transit Windsor or the Executive Director, Operations who shall hear, discuss and consider the grievance in the presence of the and members of the appointed or designated Union Committee (as defined in Section 5).
