Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent any individual from presenting and adjusting a grievance directly with the Employer, without intervention by the Association and subject to the limitations provided by Act 379 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1965. However, the arbitration provisions of this Agreement are expressly and exclusively reserved to the Association and the Employer.
