Common use of Ground Support Equipment and Special Tools Clause in Contracts

Buyer may place orders with Boeing for ground support equipment (GSE) and special tools manufactured by vendors which Buyer determines it will initially require for maintenance, overhaul and servicing of the Aircraft and/or engines.
