Group and Policy Grievance. The grievance procedure outlined in this Article shall apply equally to a grievance lodged by a group of employees, or to a Union policy grievance with the following amendments. Any allegation by a group of employees concerning a similar matter(s) alleging a violation or misinterpretation of this Agreement may be lodged in writing as a group grievance to the employer. The group grievance shall be dealt with at Step 2 of the grievance procedure and failing satisfactory settlement at the conference, the group grievance may then be appealed to arbitration as herein provided.
