GROUP HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE. Section 1 A school department employee in the Town of Somerset , Massachusetts, or the Somerset- Berkley Regional School District will be eligible to participate in the Town’s or District’s “Employees’ Group Insurance Plan”. At this time he must either apply for the above coverage or sign a waiver stating he does not wish to participate in this program. The Town of Somerset or the Somerset-Berkley Regional School District will pay the maximum percentage permitted by Town meeting enactment of the cost of the following types of insurance coverage:
