Meals During Overtime. Where a minimum of two (2) hours of overtime is required the Employer will provide a meal at the Centre or compensate the employee who does not work at the Centre at the following rate: Meal Breakfast 10.41 Lunch 12.75 Dinner 22.50
Meals During Overtime. At any time an Employee is required to work four (4) hours before or four (4) hours beyond the regular work shift, the City will reimburse said Employee for one (1) meal with a one-hundred percent (100%) value up to fifteen dollars ($15.00).

An employee, upon request, shall be allowed to take a thirty (30) minute meal break after two (2) hours overtime and every four (4) hours thereafter. The Court retains the right to refuse requests for meal breaks in the event of emergency.
Meals During Overtime. 62.1 Where more than one (1) hour of overtime is being worked the employees shall be provided, at their discretion, with a hot meal to a maximum value of twenty dollars ($20.00) after tax. This meal shall be provided during a twenty (20) minute paid break period before commencing their overtime work.
