Group Health and Welfare Insurance Coverage. All Regular employees are eligible to participate in a group health and welfare insurance benefit program which includes the medical, prescription, dental, vision, life and long term disability insurance plans effective the first day of employment. The City shall pay the cost of the program for both employees and dependents as indicated below.
