Common use of Group Health Benefit Plan Clause in Contracts

Group Health Benefit Plan. (a) The Employer shall continue to cost-share premiums for coverage under the group health benefit plan with those employees who are covered by the plan. Effective on the date of signing this Agreement, the Employer shall pay 65% of the premium and employees shall pay 35% of the premium.
