The Employer shall continue to cost-share premiums for coverage under the group health benefit plan including AD&D, life insurance, medical and dental coverage and LTD with those employees who are covered by the plan on the basis of 65% Employer paid and 35% employee paid.

Group Health Benefit Plan. (a) The Employer shall continue to cost-share premiums for coverage under the group health benefit plan including AD&D, life insurance, medical and dental coverage and LTD with those employees who are covered by the plan plan. Effective on the basis date of signing this Agreement, the Employer shall pay 65% Employer paid of the premium and employees shall pay 35% employee paidof the premium. (b) This provision for a 65-35 cost sharing formula shall not apply to premiums for any plan for AD&D, life insurance, dental coverage, LTD or any other benefit plan other than the group health benefit plan in existence at the time of signing this Agreement.
