Group Insurance Premium Contributions. Following the options as outlined below, the Board will pay yearly premiums for group health insurance, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and term life insurance for eligible certificated employees. This insurance will consist of the coverages and rates offered by the Hoosier School Benefit Trust (HSBT). The insurance will be offered in accordance with the guidelines established by the plan documents. Certificated employees who accept less than a full-time position (working less than 30 hours per week) and new hires who are less than full-time certificated employees (working less than 30 hours per week) will receive a pro-rata premium contribution.
