Group Leaders. Group Leaders shall be chosen by the College President or his/her designee whenever he/she deems it necessary. In the selection of a Group Leader, the College President or his/her designee will give weight to seniority in his/her choice. Group leaders shall be paid an additional five percent (5%) per year over and above their base salary.
