Group Life and Accident Insurance. Regular status Administrative Assistants may participate in the Group life and Accident Insurance Program of the College. This Program shall provide basic term life insurance coverage of one times the employee’s annual base salary for Administrative Assistants. The full cost of this coverage shall be paid by the Employer. In addition, optional coverage shall be available that provides insurance in $10,000 increments up to a maximum of $500,000. The entire premium cost of this optional coverage shall be paid by the employee. In the case of accidental death or dismemberment, this Program provides, during active employment, but not during retirement, an amount of additional insurance equivalent to the amount of the Employee’s life insurance coverage. Regular status Administrative Assistants may participate at their own cost in the Personal Accident Insurance Plan.
